Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the Company's Proposed Acquisition of Land by Asal Harta Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company dated 31 January 2023 and 17 January 2024 ("Earlier Announcements"). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcements. 

The Board of Directors of TGB wishes to announce that despite the Extension Sought and granted to MMSB to satisfy the Condition Precedent, MMSB was not able to fulfil the Condition Precedent. In view thereof, AHSB has elected to rescind SPA pursuant to the provisions in the SPA.
