Reference is made to the announcement in relation to the Company's Proposed Acquisition of Land by Asal Harta Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company dated 31 January 2023 ("Earlier Announcement”). Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in this announcement shall carry the same meanings as defined in the Earlier Announcement.

The Board of Directors of TGB wishes to announce that AHSB has on 17 January 2024, received a written request from MMSB for a further extension of time for twelve (12) months to satisfy the Conditions Precedent (“Extension Sought”).

On 17 January 2024, AHSB has agreed to grant MMSB the Extension Sought.

Save for the Extension Sought, all other terms and conditions as stated in the SPA remain unchanged.
