We refer to our announcement dated 6 April 2023 in relation to the Proposed Change of Name of the Company.

The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that the Company has on 22 June 2023 received the Notice of Registration of New Name pursuant to Section 28 of the Companies Act 2016 dated 20 June 2023 issued by the Companies Commission of Malaysia.

Accordingly, the name of the Company has been changed from "TELADAN SETIA GROUP BERHAD" to "TELADAN GROUP BERHAD" with effect from 20 June 2023.
