- PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF LAND BY ASAL HARTA SDN. BHD. ("AHSB"), A WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY OF THE COMPANY ("PROPOSED ACQUISITION")

We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 31 January 2023, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) To incorporate the Directors of Megan Mastika Sdn. Bhd. (“MMSB”), Natalie Cheng Hui Yen and Ooi Kim Lai’s respective direct and/or indirect shareholdings in MMSB, or a negative statement.

2) Estimated timeframe for submission of the application to the Melaka State Authority. If the application has already been approved, the date of approval.

3) Date of payment of the Earnest Deposit and Real property gains tax retention sum respectively.
