Bonus issue of up to 241,589,400 free warrants ("Warrant(s)") on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 10 existing ordinary shares in Teladan ("Teladan Share(s)") or "Share(s)") held on 17 September 2021 ("Entitlement Date")("Bonus Issue of Warrants")

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 15 Sep 2021
2)    The last date of lodgment : 17 Sep 2021

 

Remarks:-  The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail an issuance of 241,589,400 Warrants on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 10 existing Teladan Shares held by the entitled shareholders.

 

The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to their address as stated in the Record of Depositors of Teladan prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.

 

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
