On behalf of the Board of Directors of Teladan (“Board”), M&A Securities Sdn Bhd wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a proposed bonus issue of free warrants (“Warrant(s)”) on the basis of 3 Warrants for every 10 existing ordinary shares in Teladan held by the entitled shareholders on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later (“Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants”).
