We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 14 April 2021, in respect of the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:-

1) The expiry date of the lease for each piece of Land.
2) The information as required under item 4, Part C of Appendix 10A of the ACE Market Listing Requirements.
3) The details of the liabilities, including contingent liabilities and guarantees, to be assumed by Teladan Setia Group Berhad arising from the Proposed Acquisition.

We refer to the query letter received from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 15 April 2021 under the reference no. IQL-15042021-00002 on the Proposed Acquisition of 3 pieces of Lands by Asal Harta Sdn. Bhd. (“AHSB”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

2.The details of the development potential of the Lands, including the name, type, gross development value and costs, expected commencement and completion of the project and source of financing are not available at this juncture as AHSB has yet to obtain the planning permission of the Lands from the relevant Local Authority.

 

3. There are no other liabilities, including contingent liabilities and/or guarantee to be assumed by the Company arising from the Proposed Acquisition of Lands.
